The brand is a valuable asset that reinforces the company's identity. But to do so, care must be taken with its proper application. Learn the history of Transpetro' brand and pay attention to the usage guidelines for the most diverse purposes.

If you are a Transpetro partner or supplier, make sure you have the company's approval before using its brand.

Main Signature

Petrobras yellow, Petrobras green and white.

Priority must be given to present Transpetro brand’s main signature – whether horizontal or vertical– on a white background. This must be the starting point to create all communication materials.

The “BR” letters and their superimposed bar must always appear in white, regardless of the background.

If the symbol cannot be applied to a white background, pattern-free, bright backgrounds, with 15% total color saturation, are tolerable.

Applied mainly on documents or in situations in which the brand cannot or should not (for cost optimization reasons) be printed in color.

The "BR" letters and their superimposed bar must always appear in white, regardless of the background.

Reserve Area

A free area, equivalent to the height of the “BR” letters, must be preserved around the signature for easy brand reading.

Maximun Reduction

Minimum Transpetro brand reproduction size is 15 mm from logo width, as long as the printing process allows clear reading in this dimension.

Intitutional Colors

For optimal color reproduction, the original pantone table colors must always be used as reference and, even if application surface or color composition differs, the final result must always be identical to the original samples.

These are the specific yellow and green tones, called Petrobras yellow and Petrobras green. The following references present institutional color matching to other systems.
